SwaRu Technologies provides the software infrastructure and technical services and does not control the day-to-day activities, decisions or content of every organization using FestiO.

SwaRu Technologies may assist the organization with technically implementing appropriate requests where reasonably possible and where such requests are legally applicable.

FestiO is provided as a software platform and technology service. SwaRu Technologies does not control the activities, representations, decisions, financial management, events, donations, communications or content of organizations using FestiO.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwaRu Technologies shall not be responsible for claims, losses, disputes or liabilities arising primarily from information, instructions, content, transactions or activities supplied, authorized or conducted by the organization using FestiO.
